School-Age Gymnastics class types

FUTURE STARS - (For beginners girls ages 5-12..)  Your daughter will love learning gymnastics.  She will learn basic gymnastics skills and positions on all four Olympic apparatus plus trampoline and tumble-track.  She will be continuously challenged with new skills and combinations as she steadily improves.  All classes are taught by USA Gymnastics Safety Certified instructors and follow proper learning progressions to instill correct technique.

SUPER STARS - (For intermediate girls ages 7-14.)  Girls in the super stars classes have masted the basic gymnastics skills taught in the future stars classes and are ready for the next step in their training.  They will be challenged even further as well as strengthened to accommodate the more difficult skills.  Don't be scared off, there is still some serious fun to be had in the Aerials class!

FLIPSTERS - (For beginner boys ages 4-12.)  Does your son want to learn how to flip?  Does he want to be strong and show off his muscles??  Your son will gain strength, coordination, flexibility and self confidence when enrolled in our Flipsters classes!
